Withers & Sandgren was invited to present a master plan concept for the City of Ontario’s Great Park. Our vision capitalizes on Ontario Ranch’s historic agricultural identity, and prioritizes an active outdoor lifestyle that will set this new home community apart from competing real estate markets. With this nearly 4-mile long greenway connecting restaurants, retail, entertainment, work, schools and recreation, residents of all ages will enjoy an unmatched amenity in Southern California: a potentially car-reduced lifestyle set in a bike-and-pedestrian focused urban park with a commercial component and “agrihood.” Ontario Ranch’s Great Park and the surrounding multi-modal trails introduces a new urban culture to the Inland Empire.
